3. Grand Avenue Extension - South 5th Street to South 16th Street. The roadway would have three-lanes. 4b. Elwood Drive Extension (Haber Road) - 6th Street and 13th Street. Haber Road between Pammel Drive and 13th Street to four-lanes. The major through movement would be from Elwood Drive to Haber Road with Pammel Drive teeing into the new Haber Road. 5a. Stange Road /13th Street Intersection Improvements. Adds left turn lanes to Stange Road. 6. Lincoln Way / Duff Avenue Intersection Improvements. Adds left turn lanes to Lincoln Way. 7. Lincoln Way / Clark Avenue / South Walnut Avenue Intersection Improvements. Adds left turn lanes to Lincoln Way. 9. South Duff Avenue Widening from Kitty Hawk Drive to Ken Maril Road would be widened to five-lanes. 10. County Line Road from Mortensen Road to West Lincoln Way would be paved as a two-lane road. 13. Mortensen Road Extension between Miller Avenue and 500th Avenue. The new roadway would have three-lanes. This extension would be built in conjunction with project #10. 14. South 5th Street Extension of Grand Avenue between South 5th Street and South 16th Street. South 5th Street would have three-lanes between South Duff and Walnut and two-lanes between Walnut and Grand. 16. 13th Street / Grand Avenue Intersection Improvements. Left turn lanes would be added to both 13th Street and Grand Avenue. 19. Dotson Drive Extension between Alpin Road and Mortensen Road. The new roadway would have two-lanes. Currently this portion of Dotson Drive does not exist. 20. Freel Drive Reconstruction / Extension between the future intersection of SE 9th Street and Dayton Avenue. This roadway would have two-lanes. 21. Bloomington Road Extension between G.W. Carver Avenue and 500th Avenue. The roadway would have two-lanes. Intersections would be built at North Dakota Avenue, 500th Avenue, and G.W. Carver Avenue. 22. Bloomington Road Extension between Grand Avenue and 570th Avenue. The project entails the construction and reconstruction of a paved two-lane roadway. Intersections would be built at Stage Coach Road, Dayton Avenue, and 570th Avenue with an interchange at I-35. 26. North Dakota Avenue / Union Pacific R.R. Crossing Grade Separation. This alternative proposes the construction of a four-lane bridge over or under the U.P.R.R. on North Dakota Avenue. North Dakota Avenue would be widened to four-lanes on the approaches to the bridge. 28. SE 16th Street Reconstruction between Lark Avenue and South Dayton Road from a gravel road to a paved road. 33. 20th Street / Grand Avenue Intersection Improvements. Adds left turn lanes to Grand Avenue. 35. SE 5th Street Lincoln Way Connector extends SE 5th Street from South Duff Avenue to East Lincoln Way. The proposed roadway would have three-lanes. 36. South Dakota Widening from Mortensen Road to Lincoln Way to five-lanes. 37. U.S. 69 Widening from Bloomington Road to Riverside Road to five-lanes. 42. 570th Avenue Reconstruction between 13th Street and the Bloomington Road Extention (Project #22) would be built from a gravel road to a paved road. This project will only be built if #22 is built.
